This week, a little explanation.

After years of working with top leaders and business owners – its abundantly clear. If we aren’t growing, we’re dying.

Even if your boat is exactly where you want it, it will drift elsewhere if you aren’t rowing to a new destination.

I am challenging myself to keep to this standard.
